Amidst the sadness there are moments of intense joy and gratitude when I feel
Manfred's presence around me. During these moments I see us dancing together, whirling round and round above the apple tree.
My recent photographs are an
expression of this joy - this ongoing
connection, beyond the physical.
The images are set in our garden, a
familiar setting made magical by a an
obscure shape-shifting presence which
dances around and above the apple
tree.
Manfred's energy is vividly alive in
these images. He had gusto and panache - he swept me off my feet!
I've used a combination of dowsing,
meditation and Manfred's own
photographic techniques to make this
series of images.
